What to expect?
Before your first appointment, we will ask how you prefer to fill out your paperwork. You may come into the office 15 minutes prior to your appointment or we can email you the paperwork to fill out in the convenience of your own home. Depending on the types of services you are interested in, we will provide you an itinerary of what to expect for your first appointment. Please bring your insurance card and photo identification for billing purposes.
At your first appointment, we will discuss: your health history, the best course of treatment suited for you, and any questions or concerns you have. Our goal is for you to feel comfortable leaving your first appointment and to relieve any hesitations you may have for future care. We are here for you!
